These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to communications from Paper Trail Enterprises LLC.

Paper Trail Enterprises LLC may use SMS for legitimate two-way business communications, including responses to inbound inquiries; client and prospective-client communication; service and operational updates; scheduling and coordination; transportation and driver coordination performed for clients; dispatch-related communication; load, pickup, delivery, and operational updates; requests for documents or information; recruiting and applicant communication; vendor, broker, and other business communications; and follow-up concerning requested or ongoing services.

When transportation or driver coordination is performed for a client, these messages support the client's operation. Paper Trail Enterprises LLC is not a motor carrier, trucking company, freight broker, or employer of applicants when providing these services on behalf of a client.
